Back and forth for participants availability waste time. Scheduling assistant check participants, meeting room and even projector schedule before hand.

Knowing Availability Before They Answer Team members and resources are automatically listed. Select the meeting room and members for meeting. Move the time slot and red means time crashed. Person can be set to optional. If conflict occur, you could override it and warning will be given to confirm.
	Booking Meeting Room and Resources Set a calendar as resource calendar, every one could access the availability. Adding each event on the schedule immediately book the resources.
